南寧廣西經(jīng)貿(mào)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院

廣西經(jīng)貿(mào)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院辦學(xué)發(fā)軔于1951年，2004年經(jīng)廣西壯族自治區(qū)人民政府批準(zhǔn)，并校改制為全日制普通高等職業(yè)院校，隸屬?gòu)V西壯族自治區(qū)供銷(xiāo)合作聯(lián)社。學(xué)校現(xiàn)有：青山、五合、明秀三個(gè)校區(qū)，全日制高職在校生16500多人。

學(xué)校設(shè)有商貿(mào)管理學(xué)院、財(cái)會(huì)金融學(xué)院、智能與信息工程學(xué)院、文化旅游學(xué)院、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)與建筑學(xué)院、通識(shí)教育學(xué)院、馬克思主義學(xué)院、智慧商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院8個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)院，構(gòu)建以商貿(mào)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)為核心，以服務(wù)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代流通為特色的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展格局，重點(diǎn)建設(shè)電子商務(wù)、智慧財(cái)金、商貿(mào)流通、現(xiàn)代旅游服務(wù)、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)五大專(zhuān)業(yè)群，開(kāi)設(shè)服裝與服飾設(shè)計(jì)、電子商務(wù)、大數(shù)據(jù)與會(huì)計(jì)、烹調(diào)工藝與營(yíng)養(yǎng)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等42個(gè)高職專(zhuān)業(yè)。

Profile

Established in 1951, Guangxi Economic and Trade Vocational Institute(GXETVI) is a public full-time vocational college officially recognized by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2004, and is affiliating with the Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. GXETVI has set up three campuses, Qingshan Campus, Mingxiu Campus and Wuhe Campus , with over 16,500 full-time students.

GXETVI has set up 8 secondary colleges, including School of Business Management, School of Accounting and Finance, School of Intelligence and Information Engineering, School of Culture and Tourism, School of Art Design and Architecture, School of General Education, School of Marxism, and Digital Business College. On this basis, it forms a professional development pattern with commercial and trade majors as core and serving rural modern circulation as a feature; attaches great importance to five major groups of finance and accounting, modern circulation, business information, art design, and tourism service; and establishes 42 higher vocational specialties, such as e-commerce, apparel and accessories design, accounting, cooking technique and nutrition, and marketing.

Following the motto of “establish moral sentiments, carry forward business, and prosper trades with high aspirations”, GXETVI has formed the schooling concept of “stay true to business, master the knowledge of business, conduct research on business, and integrate and promote business”, and the talent training concept of “cultivate talent who integrate business with knowledge and possess both virtue and ability”. Rooted in Guangxi’s business culture, the institute serves the economic and social development of Guangxi and obtains fruitful education results. The Institute has been included in the model higher vocational colleges of national supply and marketing cooperatives, the second batch of national pilot units of modern apprenticeship, Guagxi high-level vocational colleges, and Guangxi high-level specialties group construction units. GXETVI has successfully set up 2 construction projects of national vocational education teaching innovation teams and won 2 national teaching achievement awards, 10 teaching achievement awards in Guangxi, with 4 majors supporting by central finance, and 3 integrated construction projects of characteristic specialties and courses as well as 6 construction sites of advantageous and characteristic specialties in colleges and universities in Guangxi, 3 demonstration training bases for higher vocational education in Guangxi, and more than 100 honors of all kinds.
